What is the Cancellation Policy?

If, for any reason, you wish to cancel an already placed order, you are entitled to do so at zero cost subject to the following two conditions:

(i) You must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement by writing an email to

(ii) Your order should not have left the premises for shipping.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

We will reimburse the order amount, wherever applicable, no later than 10 banking days from the day on which we receive the returned product. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order payment, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

However, in cases where the order has already been shipped, you shall be reimbursed the order amount after deducting the applicable shipping charges.

What is the Returns Policy?

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a No Questions Asked Refund Policy if you choose to return the product within 7 days from the date of order received or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

How to Returns/Exchange a product?

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase.

Our manager will verify your return request and get back in touch with you by e-mail or other electronic contact to discuss the details and confirm the request for Item return/exchange.

The return shall be verified by the Customer’s signature on the delivery note or other relevant document confirming the handover of the Item from the Supplier to the Customer.

After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund.

Only items having no signs of usage, with original undamaged packaging are eligible for return or exchange. You can exchange your unwanted Item for one at the same price or lower.

The money will be refunded by the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.

The shipping expenses for the Item returned by the Customer to the Supplier are payable by the Customer. The amount paid for the returned Item will be repaid to the Customer’s account within 10 (ten) banking days from the date the Supplier will have received the returned Item.

If you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
