Frequently Asked Questions.

We dispatch your order within 24 hours of your placing the order. You will receive an order confirmation message as soon as you place the order. We will send you a mail with a tracking code for your shipment within 24 hours. You can track your order with this code on our logistics partners’ website. It typically takes 3-7 days for the order to reach you depending on your city.

Currently, MakenBreak ships all over India. Shipping is not charged extra. If you happen to be located outside India, then please contact us.

In general, you can only cancel an order if it has not been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible to cancel an order.

We provide LIFETIME FREE PART PROVISION service. All you have to do is fill in the Request Parts form with the details. We want to ensure that your child has the best MakenBreak experience. So, if at any point of time, a part is missing or is lost or broken, just submit a request on the Request Parts page (find link in footer) and we’ll get right back to you. 

 

Do not accept the shipment and contact us as soon as possible. Click a photograph and email it to us preferably.
